Spring rolls, or por pia tod, are one of the best known starters in Thai cooking, and we keep ours simple and traditional. Seasoned pork is folded together with finely cut vegetables and glass noodles, rolled in a thin wrapper, then fried until the outside shatters and the filling stays juicy inside.
They reach the table hot with a sweet dipping sauce on the side, which makes them the easiest thing to share while everyone decides between noodles, curries and stir-fries. Add a plate to any dine-in, takeout or delivery order across Osborne Village, Fort Rouge and the rest of Winnipeg.
Every roll is filled and folded by hand so the pastry stays thin and the filling stays generous. Nothing is fried in advance — the rolls hit the oil once your order is in, which is why they arrive crisp rather than soft. For pickup orders we time the fryer to your collection so they travel well across the city.

Most guests share a plate before a main course, with a bowl of Tom Yum Prawn soup alongside, then move on to Pad Thai, Bangkok Curry Tofu or a Thai green curry.
